Chris McCarthy's Lake Hawea Hunting Safaris New Zealand is pleased to donate this 6-day/7-night 1x1 red stag, tahr and chamois rifle hunt for four hunters in Lake Hawea, New Zealand. Red stags will be hunted on a managed 3,500-acre private game estate with tahr and chamois being free-range on an exclusive 50,000-acre lease - includes trophy fees for 2x red stag scoring up to 405 SCI, 1x tahr and 1x chamois, best available, all to be shared by hunters on a 1x trophy per person basis. Join outfitter Chris McCarthy, for a hunt in this amazing region, which has been the home of the McCarthy's for six generations. This hunt is available May 4-June 4, 2027 or 2028; 2026 may be possible - please see outfitter prior to auction for details. Hunt may be upgraded to include larger stag, fallow deer, elk, South Pacific goat and boar, all at current price list. Non-hunters are welcome at $300/day. Transportation during the hunt is mostly by vehicle with hunting done by spot & stalk.
